Anthony Allen, MSW - Director of Peer Recovery Services
Tony Allen is a graduate of Wayne State University with an MSW. He serves as the director of the Peer Recovery Services treatment program by directing, supervising, and monitoring the work of Peer Recovery Coaches in the provision of substance abuse treatment services and aftercare planning for assigned clients. He provides individual therapy, treatment planning, case management, client advocacy, counseling, and crisis intervention and provides, coordinates, and arranges for family therapy services for program participants.

Jasmine R. Jones, RN
As a nurse, Jasmine interacts directly with patients to ensure that they receive quality care, understand physician instructions, and access the services needed to maintain optimal health. Jasmine holds an active license to practice and continues to take an all-encompassing role in supporting every patient's wellbeing.

John Oden, the son of the Founders of Elmhurst Home, Inc., James and Naomi Oden, has provided visionary leadership for 30 years that has led Elmhurst Home, Inc. into the 21st Century. His keen understanding of mental health, substance abuse and behavioral healthcare programs, their implementation and oversight have kept us at the forefront of innovative techniques and strategies to help people struggling with addiction and mental health issues. John's compassion for all mankind is the driving force behind his passion to help Elmhurst Home's clients to find lifelong "Recovery with Dignity."
Sarina C. Oden, Site Director - Naomi's Nest
Sarina is a graduate of Howard University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and an MBA from Central Michigan University. Her entrepreneurial skills in the areas of business, finance, marketing and organizational team building are unparalleled.

Mr. Harper, Certified Peer Recovery Coach
A peer recovery coach is an individual who has lived experience in receiving services and/or supports for a substance use condition. He serves as a guide to initiate, achieve and sustain long-term recovery from addiction including medication-assisted, faith-based, 12 step, and other pathways to recovery. Mr. Harper will provide connections in navigating recovery supportive systems and resources including professional and non-professional services.
Cheryl Jackson, LMSW - Clinical Supervisor
Responsible for the coordination and supervision of all clinical services for persons served, including: supervision and training of all clinical staff; timely audits, reviews, and approvals of all documentation of clinical services, conducting fidelity checks of direct clinical services; and coordination of services with House Managers, Central Staff, Intake Staff, Quality Assurance Staff, and Administrative Staff.
